It is owned and operated by a husband wife team Mick and Molly. They are cattledog expatriates who moved to France about two years ago.
CAFÉ DEUX CHIEN is an American style diner serving typical American style food: hot dogs, hamburgers, rootbeer floats, milk shakes, and banana splits. You can order breakfast all day.
The building is done in classic diner chrome with red and white mosaic flooring, giving it an art deco flair. Note the classic jukebox (it really plays 50s music) and waitresses dressed in ‘poodle skirts’.
Hanging above the banquets are portraits of the owner. Mick on the left dressed as Elvis and Molly on the right as Pricilla (they were painted by British artist Ryan Terry).
